Day 1: Arrival and Journey to Amboseli National Park
Upon arrival in Nairobi, you’ll be met by a Nature Expeditions representative and driven southeast to Amboseli National Park. This park is famed for its large elephant herds and unmatched views of Mount Kilimanjaro. Arrive in time for lunch, followed by a scenic afternoon game drive in search of wildlife including lions, buffaloes, and gazelles.

Day 2: Full-Day Exploration of Amboseli
Enjoy a full day of safari with morning and afternoon game drives across the diverse habitats of Amboseli. Watch for hippos, giraffes, zebras, and possibly elusive predators like cheetahs. The dramatic backdrop of Kilimanjaro provides an iconic setting for photography and wildlife encounters.

Day 3: Amboseli to Lake Naivasha via the Great Rift Valley
After breakfast, drive north through the scenic Great Rift Valley to Lake Naivasha, a freshwater lake teeming with birdlife and surrounded by volcanic terrain. In the afternoon, enjoy a relaxing boat ride and a nature walk on Crescent Island, home to herbivores such as impalas, giraffes, and zebras.

Day 4: Naivasha to Masai Mara Game Reserve
Set out early for the legendary Masai Mara, Kenya’s most celebrated wildlife reserve. Arrive in time for lunch, then head out on an afternoon game drive across the rolling plains dotted with acacia trees. Spot elephants, lions, and possibly cheetahs as the sun sets over the Mara.

Day 5: Full-Day Safari in Masai Mara
Spend the day exploring the reserve with game drives in search of the Big Five and other wildlife. The Masai Mara offers unrivaled animal encounters including large prides of lions and massive herds of wildebeest. Optional activities include a sunrise hot air balloon safari or a cultural visit to a nearby Maasai village.

Day 6: Return to Nairobi – Departure
After breakfast, drive back to Nairobi through the highlands of Kenya. Arrive in the city around midday for drop-off at your hotel or onward transfer to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.
